Our Process

Revive. Rejuvenate. Expand.

Our three stage process to assess new patients and old. All new patients start in Stage 1: Revive. After, with a progression to Stage 2 (pain-free movement) our biggest goal is to get patients to Stage 3 and keep them there: achieving physical feats that thought were impossible.

Stage 1 — Revive.

The patient comes in with discomfort. Our immediate focus is to remedy the pain. Our next priority is to aid them with tools so they can return to their homeostatic state. We do this through passive modalities like manual therapy, dry needling, breathwork, joint mobilization and low level exercise. We enable them to return to what they love and with a plan to stay pain free.

Stage 2 — Rejuvenate.

The pain is gone and now we can build. With exercise and strength training, we redefine the patient’s baseline. We enable them to fully return to the activities they love, pain free. We always provide guidance with limits and how to ensure adventuring is done safely. Our goal at this point, is to encourage the patient to aim for Stage 3 — where they will continue to shock themselves with what their body is capable of.

Stage 3 — Expand.

The best value that Ripple offers. With the introduction of strength training, the client is completely pain free and is setting and achieving physical goals in their 40s that they didn’t think were possible in their 20s. The patient understands that their personal Ripple clinician knows their body and injury history better than anyone. Therefore, Ripple clinicians are the most qualified people to be creating tailored workouts for our patients’ specific needs and goals. Emotionally, in this stage, our patients experience a sense of euphoria and joy.
