  • High-level manual therapy skills

  • Confidence in carrying out high level strength & conditioning programming

  • Seeking collaboartive environment for a team based approach to care

  • Critical thinking of treatment & training

  • Having a thorough understanding of exercise progression & periodization

  • Ability to thrive in a cash-based model

  • Exceptional communication skills & customer service

  • Appreciation & Willingness to collaborate & network with other providers in the community

  • Willingness to use both manual therapy & strength training in treatment plan

  • Proper licensure in the state of MA
