YOU PUSHED IT. GET IN HERE, SO YOU CAN GET BACK OUT THERE. PAIN-FREE.
Performance Physical Therapy in Downtown Boston
Tell me if this sounds familiar:
Your back hurts when you swing a golf club
You’ve lost months off your ski season because of a knee injury
The gym isn’t even an option because you’re hurt
Your dog is upset because you haven’t taken him for a hike in months
You can’t get through the workday because your back hurts
Every time you pick up a racket, your elbow hurts
Life’s too short not to do what you love.
Our Boston Physical Therapists are the best. They’re here to take the frustration out of your pain and put a permanent end to it as you continue to do what you love.
You’re 3 Steps Away From Being Pain-Free
-
Create the plan
You’re in pain, and can’t do what you gives you life. That’s frustrating. On day 1, you and your Physical Therapist will create a plan to get you back to your life as soon as possible. You’ll figure out the root cause of your pain, and understand what you can and cannot do — and trust us, there’s nothing you can’t do.
-
Execute the plan
With your Physical Therapist, you’ll know each step of the plan from getting you off the sideline, and back to what you love. PT is a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, and hard work in the gym. This isn’t your grandparents PT.
-
Push it again. Harder this time.
After carrying out the treatment plan, you’re handed the keys. Time to get back out there. Throughout your Physical Therapy journey, you’ll be given the skills to identify when things might be getting worse, and what to do about it. Plus, we’re always here for a tune-up if you need it.
"As an aging runner, Jeremy has diagnosed the root cause of injuries and fixed the issue on the first consult. Even injuries the big hospitals and rehab centers couldn't figure out with x-rays and MRI. I'm a pain-free runner and I know better to turn to him for the rest of my life. I highly recommend the center and its services. If you've had nagging injuries like shin splints or been told you have hereditary conditions by those big doctors don't believe the hype. Give Jeremy and his team a try."
